Pleasantly surprised with the fast service of my treadmill. It was a great experience dealing with Andy Serrano. Once my treadmill was delivered and set up for me I thought something was wrong and I called Andy and he literally came the next afternoon to fix the issue which was really something small. He showed me and fixed it in less than 10 minutes. But wow talk about customer service and what a gentlemen.

I'm a cardio queen especially when in competition season, so it's much more convenient to own your own Stairmaster but I simply could not afford a brand new one. To whom it may concern, I have had the pleasure of meeting Andy Serrano, a knowledgeable businessman and owner of AME Custom Work Corp (DBA) AME Fitness Equipment while scouring the advertisements on Craig's list in search of a commercial-grade treadmill. Sifting through multiple postings and after having given Amazon and eBay a try, I ended up contacting Andy by chance with several inquiries regarding a treadmill I had my heart set on. I have had many years of experience in both buying and selling on Craig's list as well as eBay and developed an acute sense for knowing what someone is all about from their initial reply. I was pleasantly surprised by Andy's level of professionalism and courtesy, his polite demeanor and sense of trustworthiness knowing absolutely nothing about him nor his company. I had explained what I was looking for and was given several options as well as a detailed explanation of the work involved. I decided to forgo the less expensive "clean and service" option for the "factory remanufactured" option which I was told was a complete strip-down of the treadmill, replacement of most parts that undergo wear and tear and sanding and repainting of the treadmill. Andy promised photos of the process and delivered without needing to be reminded, photos and videos of what was involved and the progress of the job. I was presented with a professional invoice and multiple convenient payment options which as anyone knows, is not anywhere near standard for Craig's list. I had requested delivery and installation of the treadmill and not only was he and his crew on time as promised, but they were all very professional, had excellent comradery and rapport and worked together ensuring no damage would be done to my home and treadmill. I not only recommended his services and company to family, my closest friends and professional colleagues but continue to do so hands down without hesitation. I know that should I need any other work-out equipment, upholstery of gym equipment or furniture and delivery, he is my absolute first stop. It is rare to find an individual so dedicated and invested in his work, proud of his accomplishments and his excellence in service. We went to Andy looking to upgrade a few treadmills and trade in a few strength pieces. He showed us his showroom which was new and clean and had a great selection of both cardio and strength equipment. He opened up the Life Fitness 97i treadmills to the motor and showed us how well kept they were. No dust! We bought 5. Even when we asked about a T-Bar Row that he didn't have, he said he would try and find. He called us a few weeks later and gave us a great deal on it. 6 months later we love all of the equipment that we upgraded to through Andy and we will definitely do business with AME Fitness Equipment again!
